Description: We are very excited about the 14th Annual Community Health Network Indianapolis MARATHON and HALF-MARATHON which includes a 4-Person MARATHON RELAY, a 5K Run/Walk, and the KIDS MARATHON. We are a mid-size race by design and we take pride in putting on a 1st CLASS event and making sure to provide the personal touch for the participants, all at a very reasonable price. Last year we had 5,925 entrants for the event and we are capping the event at 6,500 participants for 2009.
The MISSION of the Indianapolis Marathon and Half Marathon is to serve runners, walkers, and our community through a fun, safe, and scenic event that is a good value to participants and a positive event for our community. We strive hard to please the participants by offering a well organized and friendly event.
